• Analytics: Aggregated usage statistics (if Firebase Analytics is enabled)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide Core Functionality: Authenticate your account, sync your data, and deliver app features
• AI Coaching: Process your session data with Google Gemini API to provide personalized coaching insights
• Gamification: Track XP, streaks, badges, and progress
• Session Management: Schedule reminders and track focus sessions
• Improve Our Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Communication: Send important updates about your account or the app

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

• Most of your data (tasks, goals, sessions) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• Local data remains on your device unless you delete the app

3.2 Cloud Storage

• Authentication data is stored securely with Firebase Authentication
• User account information is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore
• Voice recordings are processed in real-time and NOT permanently stored

3.3 Security Measures

• All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase services are compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security standards
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

1. Open Hyperfocus Coach
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Sign Out
4. Contact us at [gigpuppettnt@gmail.com] to request full data deletion

We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
